Hair school gives you the foundation. Bloom Academy is where you learn how to turn that foundation into a career.

Bloom Academy is an intimate, hands-on, education program designed to bridge the gap between graduating from hair school and feeling truly confident behind the chair. You'll work with real clients under the guidance of experienced mentors while strengthening your technical skills, learning how to navigate consultations and the client experience, and beginning to build a clientele of your own.

Because the program is intentionally intimate, you'll receive personalized mentorship, real-time feedback, and education built around the areas where you need to grow most. You'll gain experience in an actual salon environment while developing not only your craft, but the confidence and practical skills it takes to build a sustainable career behind the chair.

Bloom isn't about funneling every graduate into one path. If Keenan Salon feels like the right home after completing the program, there may be an opportunity to continue growing with our team. If your next chapter belongs somewhere else, we'll help you identify and pursue a salon environment that fits the stylist you’ve become.
