What is hourly pricing?
At Keenan Salon, we utilize an hourly pricing model, meaning you pay for the time spent with your stylist rather than for individual services. This approach allows us to address all your hair needs within the booked time frame, offering both flexibility and efficiency. We schedule appointments in half-hour increments and, at the 15-minute mark, we round up to the next half-hour to ensure adequate time for quality service. This transparent structure ensures you know exactly what you’re paying for upfront, eliminating surprises and allowing you to maximize your salon experience without worrying about additional costs for each service.
What is gratuity free?
At Keenan Salon, we believe great service shouldn’t come with pressure or guesswork. That’s why we’re gratuity-free — so you can enjoy your experience without worrying about tipping or doing math at checkout. No awkward moments, no hidden fees. Just honest pricing and top-tier care, start to finish.
Can I still tip my stylist?
Absolutely! While Keenan Salon is completely gratuity-free, if you feel like giving your stylist an extra thumbs-up for their fantastic work, you can always express your appreciation by referrals or even a positive review online. It’s all about spreading good vibes and ending tip culture!
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You can change or cancel your hair appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any extra fees. Cancelations and no-shows within this window may incur charges up to 100% of the appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge. And a no show may result in a 100% charge. Fees are charged to the card on file, and no-shows are considered 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
What is your refund policy?
At Keenan Salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we are committed to ensuring you love your hair. If you have any concerns with your cut or color, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule an adjustment with your original stylist at no additional cost. Our goal is for every client to leave our salon feeling confident and delighted with their look.
Do you have free parking?
Absolutely! We’ve got a fantastic free parking lot in Atlanta, a real gem in the city! So, park worry-free and step into Keenan Salon for a fabulous hair experience!
Are you handicap accessible?
Unfortunately no we are not. We have one set of stairs that require entrance to the salon.
What form of payments do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo — and we’re fully cashless.
For services $50 and up, we also offer PayLater, so you can split your total into smaller payments and pay over time. It’s an easy, flexible option for budgeting your dream hair without stress.
Do you offer complimentary drinks?
Absolutely! We’ve got you covered on the beverage front. Enjoy complimentary drinks like coffee, water, topochico, hot tea, Diet Coke, Sprite, and mimosas.
What is the Bloom Team at Keenan Salon?
The Bloom Team is a group of licensed junior stylists at Keenan Salon who are still in training. They’re gaining hands-on experience and growing their skills under the mentorship of our senior stylists. When you book with a Bloom Team member, you’ll receive professional salon services—sometimes at a discounted rate—while helping support the next generation of talent in a real salon setting.
