At Keenan Salon, we believe in tipping our hats to exceptional service, not tipping with cash! We're gratuity-free because we want you to leave with fabulous hair and a lighter wallet, not stress about calculating tips. Plus, who needs the awkward "do I tip or not?" moment? Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the tip-top service without the tip!

Absolutely! While Keenan Salon is completely gratuity-free, if you feel like giving your stylist an extra thumbs-up for their fantastic work, you can always express your appreciation by referrals or even a positive review online. It's all about spreading good vibes and ending tip culture!

You can change or cancel your hair or lash appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any extra fees. Cancelations and no-shows within this window may incur charges up to 100% of the appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge. And a no show may result in a 100% charge. Fees are charged to the card on file, and no-shows are considered 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

Absolutely! We've got a fantastic free parking lot in Atlanta, a real gem in the city! So, park worry-free and step into Keenan Salon for a fabulous hair experience!

Unfortunately no we are not. We have one set of stairs that require entrance to the salon. 

We take all major credit cards, apple pay, cashapp and venmo. We also offer PayLater for services $50 and over. We are cashless!
